VIRTUAL GROUP TRAINING

  • Class duration will be 45 minutes

  • Class will start with a 5-10-minute dynamic warm up

  • Followed by 3 rounds of circuit training, targeting different muscle groups each workout

  • Class will end with a 5-10-minute cooldown/stretch
