My name is Peter and I was born and raised in Saugus, MA. I grew up being a three sport athlete all through high school and then I attended Salem State University. That is where I received my bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science.
Educating and helping individuals on their physical and mental health is something that drives me. There is nothing in my life that gives me more fulfillment than truly seeing others succeed and reach their goals.
In our specialized classes, Pulse Fit Training utilizes the FITT methodology to improve each individual’s strength and conditioning. These classes will be using Fit Metrix heart rate technology to gauge each client’s Intensity level throughout the entire workout. This method of fitness training will result in greater caloric burn during and after each workout! When you walk into Pulse Fit Training, you can expect a consistent 60 minute high intensity workout. Each workout will offer such a variety of different exercises based not only around resistance and cardiovascular training but more importantly functional movement and corrective exercise.
